Job Purpose

The Coordinator, Editorial Operations will be responsible for ensuring accurate and pleasing presentation of all content on all platforms.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support availability of content on product, program information and product requirements
• Assign essential elements to weekly and daily programs prior to publishing
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues before they are seen by viewer; follow-through until resolved
• Monitor/QA website and mobile apps for proper display on a consistent basis
• Ensure all 3rd party platforms are merchandised according to Editorial's strategy and program availability and work with partners to resolve any related issues
• Utilize multiple applications such as content management systems and project management tools
• Execute the weekly content merchandising plan across all platforms
• Support the creation of stunt rails, both manual and automated, based on key performance metrics
• Proofread on-platform copy and listings to ensure accuracy
• Screen content for potential acquisition opportunities
• Conduct competitive landscape research and present findings
• Work collaboratively with Editorial, Product, Finance, Video Delivery and Technical Operations
• Support ad-hoc projects as needed

• Love of British TV and knowledge of British talent a plus
• Flexibility to occasionally work outside of standard US working hours to meet with colleagues based in the UK and Australia

Qualifications and Experience

• 1-3 years of experience working in a media ops environment for Streaming and/or Linear
• Experience with Movida or Jira a plus
• Proficiency in AirTable
• Experience with live streaming events nice-to-have

Salary Range: $55-65K base salary + competitive benefits + bonus potential

Please note that the salary range is intended to give as an indicator of the salaries that could be attributed to the breadth or experience for a given role. All candidates will be measured based on their level of experience.

We work flexibly at BritBox, to support new markets some work may be conducted outside of US business hours to coordinate with territories in other time zones.
