Responsibilities:Responsible for coordinating training program support, staff credentialing, and general administrative support asneeded.
1. Maintain calendar Program Director, scheduling/coordinating meetings as required.
2. Fellow recruitment and on?going follow?up.
3. Fellow interview arrangements, assisting during interview day.
4. Maintain ACGME ADS System updates and National GME Census (Fellow Yearly Survey) and data management and track report management.
5. Coordinate all aspects of the ACGME continued accreditation site visit process and Baylor GME internal review process.
6. Maintain monthly resident and fellow rotation list.
7. Ensure trainee credentialing with Texas State Board of Medical Examiners
8. Coordinate resident and fellow conferences.
9. Perform trainee orientation.
10. Serve as point of contact for trainees.
11. Obtain all initial paperwork for Divisional file and for BCM Graduate Medical Education.
12. Assist with looking up journal articles, printing and distributing. Ordering articles from TMC Library
13. Maintain Fellow monthly photo roster.
14. Orienting BCM Medical Students and distributing/collecting evaluations.
15. Complete payer and institutional credentialing requirements for all anesthesiologists. Coordinate THI Professional Staff Membership process.
16. Maintain calendar for Division Chief, scheduling/coordinating meetings as required.
17. Work with physicians to compile, produce, and distribute monthly staff, resident and fellow call schedules.
18. Maintain Staff CME records.
19. Transcribe physician dictation, inclusive of letters, memos, service meeting minutes, recommendations, etc.
20. Answer and direct phone calls, as well as other day?to?day requests as necessary.
21. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:Required Education and Experience
*Bachelors Degree OR Three (3) years of experience

*Excellent computer skills are required, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint*Excellent organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and the ability to multi?task and exercise good judgment*Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and to maintain confidential information
