Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with the executive team to set and achieve short-term and long-term revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Oversee the creation and execution of robust marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage marketing staff and budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and measure campaign success.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
- Implement effective sales processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals with key clients and stakeholders.
- Work closely with product development, customer service, branch operations and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales and marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the executive team on sales performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior sales leadership role with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving growth.
- Experience in building material industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
