Then deliver the eggs to the warehouse or hatchery as directed.Principal and Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesEnsures timely and accurate delivery of eggs according to dispatcher scheduling.Performs a pre-trip truck inspection according to a DOT sheet, reporting any deficiencies to proper fleet mechanics.Ensures accurate recordkeeping of fuel purchases, trip tickets, daily logs and time sheets.Minimum EducationHigh School or equivalentExperience Requirements2 years experience. Reading, writing and math skills. Class B Commercial driver's license required, Class A perferred.Experience PreferredEnvironmental Factors and Physical RequirementsThe environmental factors and/or physical requirements of this position include the following:Exposed to both seasonal weather and climate controlled conditions and various chemicals and disinfectants to be covered in MSDS Training. Must be able to push and pull up to 1200 lbs a distance of 90 feet. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs with a significant amount of bending, twisting and stepping.
