Looking for a compassionate and dedicated full-time, live-in elder care provider to join our family in Maitland, Florida. As our loved one's companion and caregiver, you will be responsible for providing home care, administering medication, assisting with bathing, and offering nursing care. Personal care, including companionship and ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment, is an essential part of this role. The role also includes providing household assistance with general cleaning, laundry and cooking for the elder. The elder lives alone and having this live in caregiver will allow her to continue to have some independence in her home for as long as possible. The home is a 1300 sq ft 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom 2 story townhome. There is already a chair list installed in the home for eat access to the 2nd story bedrooms. The ideal candidate should have experience in elder care, be knowledgeable about administering medication, and be able to provide CPR if needed. The family is offering a competitive rate of $20.00 per hour along with free room and board with private bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen and living area would shared with the elder they are caring for.
