Members of our CAP staff commit to our core values of faith, service, and compassion.Provides home visits, transports or occasional In-home respites for individuals who may be developmentally, physically and/or mentally challenged. Hours of service depend on the needs of the participant.Essential Job Functions:
  • Prioritize participants needs to provide home visits, transports or occasional In-home respites as scheduled.
  • Provides personalized care for participants enrolled in Elderly Services.
  • Submits completed paperwork and assists with the planning & preparation of program special events.

Physical Requirements: Ability to reach, push, pull, bend, stoop, stand, walkLift 50 lb and carry 20 ftPush cart with 10 lb of force 30 ftLifts/moves items with unknown weight or that are awkward shapes and sizes with assistanceHave good visual acuity with corrective lensesHave good hearing capabilities
