We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for wiring individual machines, running cables, and tying wires into prewired panels based on electrical schematics. Attention to detail, strong schematic reading skills, and solid electrical assembly experience are essential.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of electrical assembly experience.
  • Experience in machine building and panel assembly.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
  • Familiarity with electrical symbols and ability to follow complex diagrams without step-by-step instructions.
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Must meet vision requirements; applicants cannot be color blind.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Technical education (2-year degree or bachelor's degree).
  • Experience with lock out/tag out procedures.
  • Stockroom experience (understanding parts management and organization).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electrical Wiring : Run cables and tie wires into prewired panels using electrical schematics and panel layouts as a guide.
  • Schematic and Blueprint Reading : Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints to complete assembly tasks.
  • Panel Assembly : Build electrical panels for machinery, ensuring neat, organized, and efficient wiring.
  • Troubleshooting : Identify and correct wiring errors, troubleshoot issues as they arise during assembly, and ensure functionality of completed systems.
  • Tool Use : Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring devices in assembly tasks while maintaining proper care of equipment and supplies.
  • Safety Practices : Follow safety procedures including lock out/tag out practices to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Documentation : Maintain records of completed work, ensuring proper documentation of wiring processes and issues encountered.
  • Collaboration : Work with the engineering and assembly teams to ensure efficient workflow and address any challenges in the assembly process.

If you are an experienced Electrical Assembler who can hit the ground running, we want to hear from you! This is an opportunity to join a close-knit team and help fill the shoes of a key member. Your contributions will be critical to maintaining the high standards of our assembly team.
