Your attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely will ensure that the final product meets the highest quality standards. As an assembler, your tasks will include reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions to correctly assemble components. You will use hand tools, soldering irons, and other equipment to solder, crimp, and connect wires and components. Additionally, you may be responsible for testing and inspecting finished products to ensure they are functioning correctly and are free from defects. Responsibilities
- Follow assembly instructions and blueprints to assemble electrical and electronic components
- Use hand tools, soldering irons, and other equipment to solder, crimp, and connect wires and components
- Test and inspect finished products to ensure proper functioning and quality
- Identify and report any issues or defects in products or equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist in preparing products for shipment, including packaging and labeling
- Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and product quality
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in wire and cable assembly preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic components
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
