Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer with expertise in Siemens PLC programming to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain automation systems for industrial applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.Key Responsibilities:PLC Programming:Develop, debug, and optimize Siemens PLC programs (S7-1200, S7-1500, TIA Portal, etc.).Configure HMI and SCADA systems to interface with PLCs.Implement advanced control strategies for automation systems.System Design and Integration:Design electrical schematics and control panels using tools like AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN.Integrate PLCs with other equipment, sensors, and actuators.Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and software issues in existing systems.Project Management:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.Prepare technical documentation, including functional design specifications and operation manuals.Testing and Commissioning:Conduct on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of PLC-based systems.Perform system diagnostics and implement improvements.Training and Support:Provide training to operators and maintenance staff on system functionality.Offer ongoing support and maintenance for automation tools and systems.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.Experience:3+ years of experience in Siemens PLC programming and automation system design.Hands-on experience with TIA Portal, WinCC, and industrial communication protocols (PROFINET, PROFIBUS, MODBUS).Skills:Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control theory, and instrumentation.Proficiency in programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or Function Block.Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Familiarity with safety standards and regulations (NFPA 79, IEC 61508).Preferred Qualifications:Experience with robotics and motion control systems.Knowledge of other PLC platforms (Allen-Bradley, Omron, etc.).Certifications in Siemens PLC programming or automation engineering.Why Join Us?Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Work in a cutting-edge, collaborative environment.Application Process:To apply, please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your experience with Siemens PLC programmingWe look forward to reviewing your application and welcoming you to our team!
