Position: Electrical Drafter

Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay: $23 to $25/hour

Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of experience as an Electrical Designer
• Experience with electrical design in Hazardous Areas and SOLIDWORKS

Education: Education or certification in Electrical AutoCAD

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

ProRecruiters is seeking an Electrical Drafter to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Collaborate closely with the project team to evaluate equipment and system performance.
• Interface with project stakeholders to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure project goals are achieved.
• Work alongside engineering teams to create comprehensive electrical drawing packages using AutoCAD Electrical.
• Support automation teams with on-site research of existing electrical systems, system testing, and commissioning of PLC/HMI-based control systems.
• Execute project tasks while maintaining adherence to scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
• Utilize, improve, and promote automation standards and best practices.
• Manage revision control for electrical drawings and engineering specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Position Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of NFPA 70 and UL 508A standards.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical (2021 or later).
• Familiarity with electrical symbols, schematics, and components.
• Ability to interpret and apply engineering specifications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
