An employer in Princeton, IL is looking for an electrical engineer to join their team. This role will be onsite in Princeton, IL and will pay up to 110,000. This role will be responsible for the preparation of designs, layouts, and estimates for the installation and maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment in the plant. This person will lead and implement Lean Manufacturing tools & techniques (workshops, Kanban, visual management,5S, total productive maintenance, etc.)They will use formal problem-solving techniques to identify and resolve complex problems, initiate and manage productivity and cost savings projects, implement and maintain process controls through advanced quality planning techniques, and research, evaluate, justify, and recommend capital equipment for operations.
