Job Title: Electrical Engineer Job Location: Greater Paducah Area

A leading paper & pulp manufacturing company is looking to hire an Electrical Engineer for their growing team. The Electrical will help lead Reliability Improvement in the Paper Mill and build a Reliability Culture across the site.

The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for:

Support Maintenance dept. with troubleshooting equipment deficiencies.
Ensures Electrical Precision Practices are understood, followed, and improved across the mill.
Assist to Implement Reliability best practices and process system for Precision Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Lubrication as it relates to our electrical equipment.
Direct or oversee any modifications to electrical equipment or systems that improve reliability or cost effectiveness.
Develop long-term strategies for sustained electrical reliability for Power Distribution, Motor Life and Efficiency, Instrumentation, Switch gear, Distributed Control Systems, Drives, and PLCs

The Ideal Candidate has:

High school Diploma or GED
Minimum of 4 years experience
Must be self-motivated, able to work with the appropriate level of supervision, and accept a high degree of personal responsibility for results.
