Electrical Engineer - AES Northeast : Job Details

Are you an electrical engineer with an EIT certification or P.E. license? Do you enjoy working with a team of diverse and dynamic professionals? The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Power Systems
• Lighting Systems
• Special Systems (Fire alarm design, data/communication horizontal/backbone design)
• Control Systems (HVAC/Water/Wastewater)
• Codes and Standards

What to expect:

• Preparation and review of electrical system calculations, including system layout and coordination
• Sizing and selection of materials; spreadsheet development and basic estimation
• Construction document development (using Revit)
• Field/site visits during construction and review installed work and verify design intent

Who you are:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university
• FE exam passed; P.E. license preferred
• Experience working with AutoCAD and/or Revit
• 2+ years of experience working on the construction field
• Possess a valid drivers license and be able to perform engineering related field work
