Electrical Engineer - Pinnacle Talent Solutions : Job Details

The Electrical Engineer supports production, facilities, and equipment by addressing process and equipment issues, troubleshooting, and driving improvements in systems and controls.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute improvement opportunities using data analysis.
• Maintain PLC software and backups.
• Approve plant electrical standards.

• Review and approve technical documentation, calibration procedures, and SOPs for electrical systems.
• Design and program PLC, HMI, and process vision systems.
• Support electrical requirements for new products and processes.
• Develop and execute qualifications and protocols.

• Provide training and guidance to technicians.
• Act as a technical resource for operations teams.
• Lead root cause investigations and troubleshooting efforts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing (preferably regulated environments) or a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years in manufacturing.

• Expertise in power distribution, PLCs, instrumentation, and calibration.
• Ability to analyze data systematically for root cause determination.
