Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive sector. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a passion for problem-solving, design, and improving processes to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain electrical systems and components for manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve electrical issues in production equipment and systems.
• Support the design and integration of new automation technologies to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Develop and update technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and maintenance procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for equipment failures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all electrical systems and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive experience is strongly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, industrial control systems, and PLC programming.
• Proficiency in CAD software for designing electrical systems.
