Internally known as a Functional Engineer and reporting to the Engineering Manager, this person will play a key, forward facing role with customers for the definition, implementation and improvement of all project functionalities/systems. Job Title: Functional Engineer (Electrical Engineer)

Salary: Up to $90k, dependent upon prior experience

Essential functions for this Functional Engineer will include:
- Develop the functionality for the project, working closely with the US Engineering Team and the Engineering Department.
- Plan, develop, verify and validate project functionality issues/activities.
- Participate in regular project/product meetings regarding with the customer, stakeholders and project teams to achieve complete functional integrations of all project systems
- Conduct consistent dialog with the client in coordination with the engineering project team regarding the implementation timeline and structure.
- Support impact/risk assessments (time/cost/quality) to identify improvement opportunities and variations in the project.
- Define the validation process of the project to include definition of test procedures and participation in tests.
- Complete the requirement management lifecycle: revision, implementation, traceability, verification & validation, closure.
- Technical management with the customer - documentation exchange, requirements compliance, verification/validation process, analysis and solutions to customer inquiries
We're actively seeking skilled Electrical Engineers with the following background profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering (or related field) required, Master's degree strongly preferred.
- AT LEAST 3+ years of proven experience in manufacturing/electronics engineering.
- Strong IT skills with Microsoft Suite, Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT, Microsoft Project.
- Knowledgeable in project management tools such as DOORs, CATIA, 3DExperience, TRELLO, and Program Planner
- Bilingual Spanish a huge plus!
