Apply today and be part of something great!Responsibilities: Estimate construction project requirements, including time, labor, materials, and production costs.Analyze project specifications and drawings in detail, identifying and submitting questions to project personnel as needed.Prepare and deliver accurate material and labor take-off information for review and approval.Evaluate vendor and subcontractor proposals for completeness of scopeRequirements: 5–9 years of experience with the ability to independently estimate projects from start to finish.Experience with PennBid or similar is a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office#M3
