Electrical Estimator/Project Manager - CyberCoders : Job Details

Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Electrical Estimator/Project Manager to oversee electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in estimating electrical costs, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining a high standard of quality.Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate electrical project estimates including labor, materials, and overhead costs.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Implement cost management strategies to optimize project profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success.
• Identify potential project risks and develop creative solutions to mitigate them.
• Review and approve vendor contracts and manage vendor relationships during project execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an electrical estimator or project manager in the construction industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and project estimation techniques.
• Excellent skills in subcontractor and vendor management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
