They are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman based in Lititz, PA, to join their New Construction Group.This is a 1st shift opportunity: 6:30am-7am start time and 45 hours a week with time and a half pay after 40.What our client offers: - Customizable medical benefits starting the first month, including company-paid life insurance and long-term disability.- Company contributions to 401(k) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA).- Access to the Employee Assistance Program and mental health coverage.- Company-provided iPad, iPhone, uniforms, and power tools, with ongoing technical updates.- Three weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO).- Company vehicle and gas card provided.- Annual tool allowance and safety incentives.- Regular one-on-one meetings with managers to discuss career growth and opportunities, with a strong emphasis on employee feedback.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and oversee electrical projects as a working Foreman on commercial and residential new construction job sites.- Install wiring and electrical equipment at all stages of construction, from rough-ins to finish-outs.- Collaborate with a team of electricians and other foremen to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.- Read and interpret architectural prints and ensure compliance with code requirements.- Manage material orders, electrical mechanics, and project schedules.- Maintain clear communication with general contractors and other trades to coordinate project activities.- Provide mentorship and share industry knowledge with less experienced electricians.- Ensure all jobs and paperwork are completed accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.- Adhere to general construction and safety protocols established by the client.Job RequirementsKey Requirements:- Minimum of 5 years of electrical construction experience as a Foreman.- An Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school is advantageous but not required.- OSHA-10 Certification.- Proficiency in understanding and enforcing the National Electrical Code (NEC).- Strong commitment to performing tasks correctly the first time and pride in craftsmanship.- A continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry advancements.- Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record.- Holding a Journeyman's or Master's license is a plus.- Proficiency with technology, including using an iPad and typing professional emails to communicate with clients.
