Electrical Foreman - Landis Sewerage Authority : Job Details

JOB NOTICE: ELECTRICAL FOREMAN

We are seeking an experienced electrical foreman to help build our electrical department. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A strong understanding of electrical principles
• A proven track record of successful project management
• A strong understanding of current electrical codes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of electricians on various construction and repair projects
• Plan and execute electrical installations according to blueprints, schematics and electrical codes
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices on all job sites
• Order and manage material and equipment
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and material used
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues
• Respond to emergency electrical situations after hours and on scheduled days off

Qualifications:

• Minimum of ten (10) years' experience as an electrician
• Minimum of five (5) years as an electrical foreman
• Must have completed a 4-year electrical apprenticeship program
• OSHA 30hr certification
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Experience with a variety of electrical systems (50V-13.2 KV)
• Ability to build control panels, install conduit and work with high voltage equipment
• Must have and maintain a valid NJ Driver's License
