Electrical Project Manager - LaSalle Network : Job Details

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Manager to lead and streamline their organizational processes with a strong emphasis on technical expertise in electrical systems. This role is ideal for someone with an electrician's license or substantial hands-on electrical experience. The successful candidate will drive efficiency, ensure safety, and manage a high-performing team while upholding industry standards and regulatory compliance. *This position is remote, with up to 6 days travel per quarter. Electrical Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and reduce operational costs. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Provide expert guidance on electrical projects, including installations and maintenance. Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes, and resolve technical issues with practical solutions
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of skilled professionals, including electricians and support staff. Conduct performance reviews and identify opportunities for professional development while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise large-scale projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to meet project objectives

Electrical Project Manager Requirements:

• Possession of an electrician's license or extensive experience in electrical work, preferably at a master electrician level. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and safety regulation
• Demonstrated success in an operations management role within construction, energy, or related industries
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a proven track record of process optimization
• Familiarity with electrical codes, industry standards, and emerging technologies
• Proficiency with project management software and tools is essential

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Licensed electrician certification or equivalent experience is required
