The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing electrical projects within the construction industry, particularly in the areas of electric fit-outs and commercial tenant improvements. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects, with a team of dedicated professionals committed to delivering high-quality results for our clients. Responsibilities:As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of electrical projects from conception to completion. Your duties will include:1. Overseeing the planning and execution of electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety standards and regulations.2. Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to develop detailed project plans.3. Managing the procurement of materials and equipment, and ensuring their timely delivery to project sites.4. Supervising on-site operations, including the work of electricians and other contractors.5. Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality of work.6. Resolving any project-related issues or disputes in a timely and effective manner.7. Preparing regular progress reports and presenting them to senior management and clients.8. Ensuring all project documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.9. Implementing risk management procedures to minimize project delays and cost overruns.10. Maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.Qualifications:To be considered for the role of Electrical Project Manager, you should have:1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing electrical projects in the construction industry, with a focus on electric fit-outs and commercial tenant improvements.2.
