Electrical Supervisor - QLM - Skilled Staffing : Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent and Superintendents to oversee and manage electrical installations for Highrise construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supervising electrical work on Highrise buildings, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all electrical activities on highrise construction sites.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Manage and schedule electrical subcontractors and in-house electricians.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical work, including progress reports and change orders.
• Ensure all electrical installations are completed on time and within budget.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent in Highrise construction.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Valid electrical license or certification is preferred.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
• Master Electrician License needed for Superintendent Role.
