This client is looking for top military electrical power plant leadership backgrounds.A successful candidate for the Electrical Supervisor position will have excellent organizational and documentation skills, be self-directed, and be confident in their decision-making abilities.This is Monday through - Friday, day shift, but you will have some on call responsibilities for off hours as in any maintenance environment. Need to be a team player.This position will be responsible for safety, execution of electrical/maintenance work, cost management, and quality.- Manage electrical and instrumentation departments to improve efficiencies and reduce costs- Disseminate technical knowledge to hourly staff via in-house training, to enhance the technical and troubleshooting skills of the personnel- Lead safety-related inspections and training to enhance and promote the safety culture- Assist in troubleshooting electrical, instrumentation, and control issues to minimize downtime due to equipment failure- Assist in other duties as required.Base salary, $100 - $130K, plus a 15% annual bonus potential, relocation and tremendous benefits are offered.Strong company, leadership starting point and lots of upward mobility.
