See how Roseburg is building and growing at www.roseburg.com and @RoseburgRequired Qualifications* High school diploma or GED* Willing and able to work overtime, weekends, on-call and rotating shifts, and holidays* Troubleshooting experience* Experience using a computer for record keeping and documentation* Able to work in extreme heat/cold, navigate catwalks and ladders - physical ability to perform the essential physical functions of the position, which includes climbing stair, navigating catwalks, lifting up to 49 pounds, stooping and bending* Ability to communicate effectively and constructively* Comprehension of complex work instructions and documentation* Ability to work with mathematical concepts in an industrial environment* A personal and total commitment to observe all safety rules and regulations* Working knowledge of basic industrial electricity issues* Models company core valuesPreferred Qualifications* Vocational or technical school certificate in related area* Past employment experience in manufacturing environment* Past employment in a plywood or veneer manufacturing facility* Experience with CMMS* Knowledge of fire protection systems* Proficient in the use of hand and power tools and precision measuring and test instruments* Excellent skills in root cause analysis* Team oriented* Willing and able to learn new jobs and skillsAN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER INCLUDING DISABILITY AND VETERANS
