• Electrical Installations: Perform electrical installations on residential and commercial projects, ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with local and state codes.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose electrical issues and provide efficient solutions to ensure the smooth progress and completion of projects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, general contractors, and homeowners to ensure all electrical needs are met and projects run smoothly.
• Compliance & Safety: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and best practices to ensure that all work is compliant and adheres to safety standards.
• Equipment & Materials: Assist in ordering and managing necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Team Support: Collaborate with other team members, sharing knowledge and supporting the electrical team as needed to achieve project success.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the electrical field, with a focus on residential and commercial projects.
• Licensing: A valid Journeyman Electrician License in the state of Michigan.
• Skills & Knowledge: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, troubleshooting, and local/state codes.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
• Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
• Independent & Efficient: Ability to work independently and efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

• Frankfort, MI (must relocate before starting work).
• Leelanau, Benzie Counties, and Grand Travers counties
