We provide a safe work environment with opportunity for growth.Job Summary:The Electricianwill install and maintain the electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems inbuildings.Duties/Responsibilities:•Installsand repairs electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in buildings.•Testselectrical systems to ensure proper installation and operation.•Inspectselectrical systems to determine whether repairs are needed.•Replacesconduit, electrical components and wiring as needed•Troubleshootselectrical controls on all plant equipment •Performsother related duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:•Abilityto read blueprints.•Extensiveknowledge of electrical systems and wiring.•Abilityto use hand tools and power tools.•Proficientin the use of test meters and other diagnostic equipment.•Excellentanalytical and problem-solving skills.•Controlstroubleshooting•Abilityto work off ladders or elevated work platforms Education and Experience:•Highschool diploma or equivalent required.•3-5years of experience in Industrial electrical work•PLCand HMI experience is a plus•Repairand Troubleshooting of Induction Heating Equipment a plus•CNCRepair and troubleshooting a plusPhysical Requirements:•Mustbe able to see color to discern color-coded wiring.•Prolongedperiods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding.•Mustbe physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduit.Must be able to lift upto 50 pounds at a timeTEJAS TUBULAR PRODUCTS INC is an EEO employer - M/F/Vets/Disabled
