Our electricians are crucial in assisting our maintenance team with keeping machinery functioning at an optimal level and using their reasoning skills to identify alternative solutions and new approves to problems.SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONSInstall, maintain and repair electrical equipmentand parts such as control panels. Perform general electrical maintenanceand inspection of electrical components. Troubleshoot electrical issuesusing appropriate testing devices.ESSENTIAL OF DUTIESPerform preventive maintenance as scheduled.Inspect or test damaged machine parts and mark defective areas or advise supervisors of repair needs.Install, replace, or change machine parts and attachments, according to production specifications.Participate in action planning processTrack/record time and all repair parts using work orders & maintenance management systemReassemble machines after the completion of repair or maintenance work.Start machines and observe mechanical operation to determine efficiency and to detect problems.Install equipment, machines, wiring, or programs to meet specifications.
