We are seeking an Electrician/ Mechanic in Reidsville, NC How will you play an integral role?
- Completes PM and Service request in timely manner with excellent workmanship
- Provides Electrical/Mechanical support to operations team as needed
- Ability to perform mechanical work with maintenance staff assisting on various repairs
- Account for parts used from storeroom to ensure parts inventory accuracy
- Share knowledge with team members to help develop and strengthen the department
- Utilize CMMS system- parts look up, entering and closing orders
- On call and willing to work overtime when needed to support operation
What is my earning potential? We now offer new competitive hourly rates starting at $30.02, with top pay up to $36.24. In addition, our shift premiums $1.00 for 12 hour night shifts. Do you offer flexible shifts? We do! We now offer this position of Monday to Friday 8 hour schedule. What is essential for success?

Are you qualified for the position?
- Experience with motor controls, VFD's, PLC troubleshooting, motor installations, transformers, pneumatics and hydraulics. 480V and low voltage controls. Capable of installing power and control circuits including raceways
- Proficient understanding of PLC logic, can read and follow ladder logic for trouble shooting PLC input/output issues. Capable of replacing PLC components
- Proficient knowledge of VFD's, capable of accessing perimeters for trouble shooting or drive replacement
- Ability to perform mechanical work with maintenance staff assisting on various repairs
- Knowledge and understanding of NFPA 70E, Arc Flash safety requirements
- Prior experience with CMMS system
- Prior Forklift, Scissor Lift experience
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 5 years prior maintenance experience in Industrial Manufacturing required, strong electrical experience required
Experience

- Strong mechanical background
- Candidate must successfully pass maintenance testing battery (Reading, Mechanical & Electrical -high pass required on Reading & Mechanical tests)
- Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is preferred
