Job Description:
TheElectro-Mechanical Maintenance Mechanicprimary responsibilities, with safety in mind, are to maintain, tests, and repairs electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components. Possessing welding and machining skills is a plus. Applies knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical principles in analytically determining equipment malfunctions and applies skills in restoring equipment to operation. Provides skilled mechanical and electrical/electronic support to all areas of manufacturing for a unionized plant.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provides maintenance information by using CMMS.
- An operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery which includes motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, 3 phase power, communication devices, industrial / electronic controls and power transmission systems.
- Use strong PLC trouble shooting and problem-solving ability with practical, mechanical&electrical aptitude.
- Read and interpret both electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Maintain production equipment to a reliable level of production through preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of Electro-Mechanical Automation System Installation&Troubleshooting Experience
- The ideal candidate will have mechanical and electrical experience, a familiarity with hydraulics and pneumatics and have basic troubleshooting experience with proven ability of machine repair.
- Must be computer literate with Microsoft environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently in a mature and professional manner
- Ability to work various shifts / overtime / days per week
Military training and or Technical School preferred
