Technician will troubleshoot and perform repairs on manufacturing and facilities support systems within the plant (e.g. Injection Molding machines, DE-testers, Robots and etc.). An EMT must demonstrate proficiency and strong troubleshooting skills in one or more of the following disciplines:

  • Electrical
  • Mechanical
  • Fluid Power
  • Machine tool

They are to identify, correct, and document deficiencies found during task completion. Provide support and training for set-up mechanics. Participate in TPM events as needed. Assist with the implementation of Lean/Excel requirements as it relates to Total Productive Maintenance.

2nd shift Available (Monday - Friday, 3pm - 11pm)! The pay rate is $28.81 - $34.73 (depending on experience), plus a $1.00/hour shift differential.

Plus $3,000* sign-on bonus for offers accepted through 1/1/2025!

Bonus Opportunities Available!

  • Quarterly Attendance Bonus - associates have the potential to earn up to $600 quarterly; just for showing up to work your scheduled hours!

  • Production Bonus - associates have the potential to earn up to a 10% monthly bonus on their gross monthly income based on the plant hitting production goals; potentially $375 per month (the equivalent of $2.34 per hour)!

Responsibilities
  • minimum of 5 years of prior experience, with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic troubleshooting, repair and maintenance, or a combination of schooling in Electro-Mechanical or Mechatronics and work experience.
  • Perform scheduled repairs and preventative maintenance on all manufacturing equipment.
  • Manage problem tag system and carry out repairs.
  • Ensure work is performed in a neat and professional manner.
  • Clearly communicate schedule requirements and completion status with production within assigned area.
  • Participate in TPM events plant wide.
  • Assist with engineering project/modification work.
  • Assist in new installations
Qualifications

Education, Experience, Certifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Documented successful completion of some industrial machine technology/electrical/maintenance training or two years of related experience.

Competencies, Skills, Knowledge:

  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Excellent attendance and performance records
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems, fluid power and pneumatics.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to respond to critical time sensitive assignments while maintaining a professional temperament and attitude.
