Job Location : Oneida,WI, USA
The Electro Mechanical Technician will be responsible for maintaining all production equipment, which includes but is not limited to: electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, servo, and PC systems, as well as general building maintenance.
ResponsibilitiesPerforming preventative maintenance
Troubleshooting breakdowns and performing repairs
Equipment installation
Performing the installation of electrical equipment including cable trays, pulling cable and wires, running conduit, installing drives and motors.
PLC troubleshooting and programming
Replacement and installation of lighting fixtures and lamps as required.
General building maintenance All other duties as assigned
QualificationsGood troubleshooting ability, manual dexterity, and ability to read and comprehend schematics and blueprints Strong electrical and mechanical skills
Must be familiar with all AC, DC, low voltage, and 480V, equipment as required
PLC knowledge programming and troubleshooting
Must be able to climb ladders and work with aerial platforms
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to multi-task and work independently and in a team environment
Willingness to work either 2nd (Monday - Friday 2pm - 10pm) or 3rd shift (Sunday - Thursday 10pm-6am) with some overtime/weekend work
Associates degree in Electro/Mechanical Technology, or equivalent, preferred, but will consider experience in lieu of education
