Key Responsibilities:Assist in the assembly of wire harnesses, kitting of parts, and subassembly processes.Support senior technicians and engineers in the installation of complex systems.Maintain lab tools, workspaces, and integration processes.Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and goals are met. Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.2+ years of hands-on experience in electronic or electro-mechanical systems assembly.Familiarity with PCBA's, instrumentation, sensors, cabling, and wire harnesses.Basic understanding of mechanical assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and BOM.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to meet ITAR and defense contract requirements (US person verification).Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
