The technician is required to read and comprehend work instructions for mechanical and electrical assembly of Final Assembly hardware and successfully perform these hardware builds. Candidates may perform small-scale, intricate work or medium-scale heavy work. Candidate must be proficient with the use of torque tools and must be familiar with schematic diagrams. Essential Functions:

• Ability to successfully complete electronic hardware builds
• Able to read and comprehend work instructions
• Proficiently use torque tools and must be familiar with schematic diagrams
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with some supervision
• Positive attitude and willingness to try new methods of performing work
• 1+ year's experience working in an electronic assembly environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Must be available for day shift
• Must be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Technical knowledge of electronics assembly fabrication a plus
• Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to present ideas and data to a group
