Electronic Bench Technician - Brandt : Job Details

Job DescriptionBrandt is currently seeking an Electronic Bench Technician based out of our Calgary Positioning Technology location. Brandt Positioning Technology provides technology solutions to the construction, survey, engineering, mining, and mapping sectors, and includes innovative positioning technology including machine automation, GNSS, and robotic instrumentation. This position is responsible for pre-delivery inspections, equipment testing, diagnosing repairs, equipment repair, equipment calibrations, warranty work and other electronics related service work.#LI-onsiteRequired Skills

• Must possess mechanical aptitude to perform bench testing, repairs, and calibrations for various electronic equipment and components
• Must have an aptitude for computer-related technology
• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills will be required
• Travel may be required

Required Experience

• Degree or diploma in Electronics Engineering
• Related product knowledge with position technology equipment considered an asset
• 3+ years' experience in the construction, land surveying, or engineering field required
