About You

The Role

  • Lead and manage the electronics/avionics team to achieve technical and production goals.
  • Oversee electronics manufacturing partners, ensuring quality and resolving issues.
  • Provide technical guidance to the team to solve production and design challenges.
  • Plan and implement resource, development, and process strategies to optimize project staffing.
  • Establish budgets and schedules while driving continuous improvements across projects.

The Person

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven track record in electronics development and precision manufacturing.
  • Leadership experience, with a passion for mentoring and developing team members.
  • Knowledge of EEE parts selection and electronics manufacturing processes.
  • A strong problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
