ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following is a list of minimum responsibilities related to the Electronic Technician Level 1 position. Other duties may also be assigned.
- Efficiently respond to line calls and conduct PMs on a regular basis.
- Always maintains safe work practices.
- Must be competent in troubleshooting all equipment on site with the use of electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Evaluate equipment malfunctions with a sense of urgency to minimize downtime.
- Must be able to maintain a log/work sheet of equipment repairs and problems.
- Must be competent in the use of all plant electrical test equipment.
- Must be able to set up line equipment and vision systems in accordance with a Master Production Record.
- Able to follow and understand production procedures, Good documentation practices, and Work instructions.
- Setup, maintain and troubleshoot Cognex Vision Systems.
- Setup, maintain and troubleshoot Systech Serialization Systems.
- Install or assist in the installation of new equipment, including proper layout and alignment.
- Must assist all other maintenance personnel in the event of a major plant breakdown.
- Must be able to work overtime on weekends.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:Direct reports if any and the level of supervision.
PREFERRED / REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: - An Associate's Degree in Electronics.
- Experience with PLC programs.
- Experience with Vision inspection systems and control circuits.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with Robotics and programming is a plus.
- Knowledge of National Electrical Code.
- Experience adhering to CGMP regulations.
- Have good communication skills oral and written.
