Electronics Assembler II - Crane Payment Innovations : Job Details

Electronic Assembler II performs, with supervision, basic and routine electronic or hybrid assembly operations on components, printed circuit boards, or subassemblies in accordance with military and/or other assembly standards using blueprints, visual aids, wiring lists, verbal and/or written instructions. The Assembler II may also be responsible for other processes related to the manufacture of electronic assemblies including, but not limited to: encapsulation (potting), conformal coating, SMT operations, and painting. Essential Functions:Perform skilled soldering of circuit cards, touch up, jumper wires, through hole, and mag wire with use of microscope. Execute hand assembly of cable assemblies, pin interface into connectors, masking/de-masking, crimping, stripping, riveting, touch up paint & chemical conversion, bonding and mixing chemical.
