Role Overview:Performs routine troubleshooting and repair of electromechanical medical instruments and assemblies using released procedures, drawings, blueprints, etc.. to meet established quality and performance metrics. Performs functional testing of assemblies/instruments.Responsibilities: (70%) Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, adjusts, and tests analog/digital electromechanical medical instruments to established procedures and specifications(15%) Accurately document repairs and/or tests on Quality Device History Records(5%) Create labels and package medical instruments and assemblies(5%) Complete daily work cell performance metric tracking(5%) Evaluate repairs and complete customer repair quotesEducation:Associate's Degree in Electronics from a two-year college or technical school.
