Elevator Construction Inspector - AECOM Corporation : Job Details

AECOM is seeking an Elevator Construction Inspector to be based in New York, NY. Responsibilities include:Assists the project Superintendent and/or Project Manager by providing on-site administrative and technical management for a wide range of elevator construction projects. Accountable for the organization and direction of elevator construction activities within assigned area of responsibility, which may be a single area, multi-area or a multi-discipline construction project. Ensures project safety compliance, with a focus on elevator-specific safety regulations. Interfaces with other administrative field staff, field management staff and particularly the Project Superintendent and Project Manager in a coordinated effort. Coordinate with client's resident representatives on jobsite activities within assigned area of operations, particularly regarding elevator installation and testing.
