91865BRJob Title:Elevator Worker - Hoopeston, ILDepartment/Function:Operations: Manufacturing, Production, Maintenance, UtilitiesJob Description:Elevator Worker - Hoopeston, ILPosition Responsibilities:Assists in all areas of the loading, unloading and transferring of grain and grain products for truck, barge, rail (location specific) and inspects barges, trucks and railcars before loading.Proficient in all facets of ADM's safety programs and culture, has a strong working knowledge of safety procedures and environmental regulations, demonstrates safe working practices, has the ability to perform JHA's and recognize near missesPerform housekeeping and cleaning dutiesAbility to learn and follow procedures for rail operationsAbility to assist with maintenance projectsFollow procedures for working over water and on barges.Ability to learn and follow procedures for rail operationsAbility to learn and follow procedures for inventory management and bin capacities.Ability to learn and follow procedures for power industrial equipment.Ability to direct others for efficient truck dumping operationsTrack and log all alarms, downtime, non-functioning equipmentGeneral Requirements:Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures , as well as a commitment to uphold the ADM Code of Conduct.Required to work any shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
