Summary:
Center Managers (CMs) oversee all aspects of the summer camp and are responsible for the center's operations. Successful CMs collaborate closely with students, ALs, teachers, and Group Leaders to ensure the safety, organization, and enjoyment of all students.
Job Purpose:
The Center Manager is responsible for student discipline, student welfare, center staff, and financial matters. Additionally, the CM ensures the day-to-day operations of the center run smoothly while overseeing the academic and activity programs. Successful CMs are expected to possess the following qualities and experience: effective communication, strong administrative, leadership skills and organizational skills, build a cohesive team, flexibility, takes initiative, accountability and the ability to be sensitive to the needs of international students.
Work Schedule:
This is a residential position with room and board accommodation provided. The position is available at one of our summer campuses in New York, Boston, Los Angeles, or Toronto. A flexible approach to the position is required, including the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
