This will be apparent by ongoing completion of any or all of the following: proficiency testing, skill demonstration, practice of core standards for service excellence, and documentation review.

- Covers the Communication Center's breaks on the night shift. Performs routine, emergency and code paging according to established procedures. Monitors hospital environmental system alarms and security systems and notifies responsible department for corrective action.
