Emergency Care Center Technician I, Part Time, Mid Shift - Self Regional Healthcare : Job Details

High school graduate or equivalent. Must have current S. C. Nurse Aid Certification OR passed fundamentals in RN/ LPN school OR completed Surg Tech OR EMT course OR completed 2 year Health Science Technology Program, or 6 months experience as a PCT at SRH. BLS certified. Under supervision of licensed personnel the Emergency Care Center Technician will perform a variety of functions in support and care ofpatients requiring urgent or emergency care in the emergency medical setting. Under the delegation of a Registered Nurse/ Providers the ECC - Technician performs specific assigned duties in providing patient care in accordance with established SRH, ECC and Nursing Services. Policy/ Procedure/ Protocols and Standards of Care; assists in maintaining supplies and repairs and safely operating work related equipment.
