Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive, academic health system in central New York and a major teaching affiliate of Columbia University and affiliate of the University of Rochester Medical Center, is seeking an Emergency Physician to join our staff.

Description

Bassett Healthcare Network is an integrated health care system that provides care and service to people living in an eight county region covering 5,600 square miles in Central New York. The organization includes five corporately affiliated hospitals as well as skilled nursing facilities, community and school-based health centers, and health partners in related fields.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Bassett Healthcare Network has six Emergency Departments and two Convenient Care locations
• Join an established group of Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians
• PA Coverage and Excellent Support Staff
• 132 12 hour shifts per year with Incentive Opportunities for additional shifts worked
• EMR-EPIC
• Annual Salary: $390,574. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare's good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards
• Sign-on Bonus up to $100,000
• Multi-Specialty Group, Closed Medical Staff, 400+ practitioners

Job Qualifications

• MD, DO or MBBS
• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• NYS Licensure
• BLS Certification Required
• DEA Required
