Job Description: Emergency Room (ER) ManagerPosition Overview: The Emergency Room (ER) Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the emergency department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. This role combines clinical expertise, leadership, and administrative responsibilities to ensure the ER operates effectively and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Operational Leadership:

Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the ER staff, including nurses, technicians, and support personnel.Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and workflows to improve patient care and operational efficiency.Patient Care Oversight:
