Emergency Room Nurse - Tandym Group : Job Details

A hospital in New York is currently seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their growing Emergency Room team at a facility in Rockland County, NY About the Opportunity:

• Shifts: 12-hour night shifts
• Hours: 7pm to 7am

Responsibilities:The Emergency Room Nurse (RN) will:

• Provide direct and indirect patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation
• Meet the physical, psychosocial, religious/cultural and needs of the patient and family
• Communicate effectively with all members of the Healthcare team as appropriate about changes in the patient's condition or response to treatment
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an acute care setting required, can be another unit aside from ER
• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• NYS RN license
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
