Job Summary
The Emergency Room Technician provides support for clinical care of patients by licensed professional in accordance with the established policies and procedures of Southwestern Medical Center. Performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties within the scope of training received under the supervision of licensed professionals performing patient care according to the Oklahoma Nurse Practice Act and the Medical Licensing Board
Qualifications
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
* Certification as Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Certified Nursing Aid (CNA)
* BLS
Education/Experience:
* 2 years related field experience preferred
* Maintains education and development appropriate for position
