Responsibilities:
- Works closely with patients and provides them with basic, immediate care and comfort needs such as obtaining vitals (i.e. temperature, blood pressure, heart, and respiratory rate.
- Cleaning and changing bedsheets, bathing, dressing, and toileting patients.
- Building true emotional connections with patients.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Successful completion and documentation of one of the following:
- Certified Nursing Assistant listed as either active or inactive on any state health care worker registry.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and waiting for NCLEX reexamination.
- EMT-B or MA
- EMR
- Must be enrolled in Trinitys PCT on the job training program and successfully complete.
- Successful completion of first semester of nursing school that includens Nursing Fundamentals.
