The subsidiary operates in an 87,500 sq. ft. production facility with 200 employees. Job DescriptionPrimary Function: Ensure process-compliant batch release for downstream process steps. Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently review batch documentation, including all necessary tasks (e.g., manufacturing records, internal complaints, inspection orders).
  • Ensure effective deviation management, including the preparation of internal complaints.
  • Perform batch releases (e.g., for semi-finished goods or goods receipt).
  • Prepare required documentation according to internal specifications (e.g., control charts, evaluations).
  • Conduct pallet releases and special measurements in compliance with specifications.
  • Coordinate certificate procurement and manage inspection lots as instructed.
Qualifications
  • Completed vocational training (3 years) in quality assurance or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in quality assurance, with a focus on batch documentation and release processes.
  • Practical experience in identifying and managing risks within quality assurance processes (1-2 years).
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and deliver results under time constraints.
  • Proficient in using computer applications, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and spreadsheet tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and management.
